The 7spain Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and older in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. 7spain does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The mandatory KYC identity verification process is designed to identify and prevent underage account registrations.
If 7spain becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted except to the extent required by law, and any funds deposited by an underage player will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines on underage gambling incidents.
